Location was fantastic in city centre & close to Aintree 👍💯

After booking last minute after being let down by another host I paid what can only be described as extortionate for an uncomfortable stay . The room was cramped with no way to turn off the central heating the sofa bed in the room needs replacing it dips in the middle & basically sleeping on the floor after requesting an early check in we arrived to be greeted by very rude member of staff who informed me of no early check in then demanded £5 per bag for them to be left at reception something we didn't really have a choice in as we were there for only 1day for the racing very disappointed
