Very loud if travelling with children or elderly

Location was right in between all of the bars. Good location for a lively night. Night club opposite open until 6am and quite noisy though

The bed is incredibly uncomfortable. Opted for the sofa instead. Late check out unavailable. No iron or ironing board despite stating it has it. Staff could not find my booking on site and had to contact customer service to get my lock box code. Staff were unhelpful on all questions and didn’t even try to assist on some occasions. The staff when I couldn’t get access said “are you sure you booked?” And then walked out the front door to have a cigarette.

Great location and a clean room

WiFi didn’t work throughout the time in the room and there was either a fire alarm test or fault at 7:30am

The location was great despite located in night clubs area due to its proximity to Liverpool One and the Royal Albert Dock.

First of all the mattress was the worst ever one I had slept in a hotel. It was so tiny that I could felt all the strings of it. I had a back pain and never slept properly and comfortably. It was like a student accommodation or hostel style bed. Secondly, the shower base was so slippery when taking shower and it would be very dangerous if someone slip and fall. There was non slippery mat on the ground. There was also no handle in the shower area and seperated with a big glass from the toilet area. Any accident could have serious consequences. It should have been taken care of by the management. There is also security deposit which had not been mentioned when booking and you could only know after booking by an email from the management. They want to charge you 25 pounds nonrefundable or 125 pounds refundable after booking and paying the amount which is a bit odd. When asked they told me that we mentioned about it on the photos of the property and there are 177 photos. As if they are expecting us to check hundreds of photos to find out. Anyway, overall except the location I would not recommend it and will not stay there again unless they improve a/m conditions.

Dormí en un sofá cama que era muy incómodo. Pedí que me permitieran dejar las maletas un par de horas antes meses antes de ir y ni siquiera me contestaron el mensaje. El día del alojamiento lo intente nuevamente y no me lo permitieron ni siquiera pagando... Poca amabilidad la verdad

It was comfortable and in a good location.

The place was way too noisy. We couldn't sleep till 4am because of the loud music all around. It was quite terrible. And there was no one to talk to at reception most of the time.

The property itself was great. It was in the wrong location.

The fact that it was next to a nightclub that was open till 4am. I know. I was in there. Thumping music till that time. Realised I wouldn’t get any sleep so went there. I stayed in Liverpool for business reasons. Shouldn’t be allowed to be a hotel. In addition to health and safety issues. The windows that didn’t properly close on stairwells. The roaming fire extinguishers propping open fire doors.
