Lift was not working and room was on the 5th floor. Rubbish left in the passageway. Bed mattress had collapsed. Very uncomfortable.

Lovely clean room, perfect location and brilliant communication from moment I booked and whilst I was in Liverpool, will definitely be booking again

Sofa bed wasn’t most comfortable but fine for 2 night stay! And music from club over road was loud but not the fault of the property itself and still able to sleep.

"An decent place to stay in Liverpool"

It's an easy walk to all the main attractions you want to see in Liverpool plus the staff were very responsive if you have any concerns about the property.

It's not the fault of the property but it's right in front of a nightclub so if you're travelling with kids or elderly people or you're someone who's sensitive to noises, expect that you won't get a proper sleep at night cos of the loud music/noise. Also, In a sunny day, the room can get really hot but they did provide an electric fan upon request.
