Ultra Luxury Beach Penthouse

The host was friendly and even gave a complimentary late check out. Clear instructions where given on how to find the penthouse and they were on hand to assist with anything. The penthouse was clean , modern and homely. I loved my stay. They even had water , tea , coffee and cereal which was a lovely touch. Definitely will be booking again , the view from the balcony is so beautiful! Loved everything 10 stars from me

Needed a larger bed in master bedroom.

The property was spacious, clean, and modern with an incredible view of the sea; located in a safe road and within a few minutes from cafes or convenience store. The biggest highlight by far, however, was the courtesy and kindness of the hosts: they offered us late check-out and were ready to listen to and accomodate all of our needs. I cannot recommend them enough!

Everything was great - no complaints at all.

Flat was dirty and items required repair.A potentially lovely flat not properly maintained or cleanedThedoor closer was broken. The windows along the balcony were splattered with bird poo which had been there so long it took me 3 attempts with a sponge mop to clean them'Cupboards were dirty.We spent three hours when we arrived trying to make things fit for purpose.All crockery and cutlery including pots and pans had to be put through the dishwasher twice before useThe freezerhad not been defrostedEN-suite shower fitting brokenand had black tape around joint,toilet seat was on a swivel.Bed 1 Headboard fell off during the first night waking us with a fright.Wardrobe was unsafe as doors were not properly on the runners.Bed2-the headboard here fell off.Lots of the strips re the blinds were missing and there were no alternatives ie curtains to keep the light out while trying to sleep.Contacted the owner who said he would send a cleaner in to clean up. Instead he came himself and did very little. He left witha promise to return but he did not come againWe e-mailed him a list of our complaints and showed him photographs of evidence of our claims.He tried to fobus off wit the offer of a £300 refund if we did`nt complain but he reneged on the deal and his e-mail said he was in touch with Booking .co, accusing us of damaging the headboards and the toilet seat on purpose!!!Totally untrue, We left the flat cleaner after our stay than it was when we arrived.Have no intention of returning in the future and would not recommend until improvements have been made or an inspection carried out by yourselves.An apology for a Christmas Tree was left in the lounge and on the patio cigarette ends were swept into a corner The barbeque was too dirty to useLimescale and mould affected the screen in the bathroom and under the washbasin was a toilet roll wrapped in a plastic bag to catch leaking water!The edge of the dishwasher was broken but it could be used with care.

Not enough kitchen equipment Cleaning was not up to standard Misleading ‘ultra luxury’ description! Nothing in apartment could be called luxury Bedding old and worn Furniture mismatched like purchased from charity shop

Great place, fantastic sea view. The administration of the accommodation was simple and efficient.

The full of apartman was dirty, the trash was not emptied in the bathrooms. The floor was sticky from dirt.

Location; value for money

Cleaning staff need to pay more attention to detail. Shower screen needs a good clean, oven hood needs cleaning,
