Edinburghs Arthurs seat View

Le chauffage au sol c'est génial,le four (on en a pas chez nous),la vue est superbe,excentré mais proche de tout. On se sent en sécurité dans ce logement.

Surtout la vue, puis c’est un appartement pour faire du cocooning.

L’emplacement pas si proche du centre à pied, le quartier assez bruyant (avec pas mal de jeunes alcoolisés qui passent dans la rue pour aller en soirée), l’état de l’immeuble assez glauque, l’état de l’appartement avec peintures défraîchies et le ménage laissant à désirer (poussière et cheveux au sol dans la salle de bain), la fête de la voisine à l’étage du dessous jusque 2heures du matin jusqu’à ce qu’on lui demande d’arrêter….

Bit of noise from outside at times, wise to bring earplugs if you're sensitive to this.

Cozy apartment at a great location! It has everything you could ask for.

There was a clacking noise from the stairways in the house outside of the apartment. It wasn't always there, but often enough to notice. also during the night. But with earplugs it was easily solved.
