The hotel staff were helpful especially Mr. Anshu. Had a pleasant stay. The place is in Harishchandra ghat. Totally recommended!!

Nice big room, nice lamp shades indeed, kind staff. I'm glad you made something nice and authentic out of what must have been a derelict haveli. We're very quiet place indeed !!!

There's a fridge no doubt but it doesn't work properly, doesn't allow you to have cold water when you come back. When it's 44°C outside, it's something perequisite. There were too many power failures.So the room was not always cool. And because electricity in the room works with a magnetic key, every time I walked out , the fridge was therefore out of service too.

The location was okay and the staff was apologetic every time we raised a concern.

The room was not at all worth the price we paid. The stay does not even provide tea, breakfast or even light snacks as it does not have a kitchen of its own which I missed reading if it t was mentioned somewhere. That’s extremely annoying when you dont get a basic cup of tea in the morning. The bath was not at all maintained the flush was faulty, commode lid broken. The rooms were not cleaned even once during our stay, the balcony was full with of dust and every time we stepped outside and came in the room used to be muddy and bed also used to get dirty. The room was cleaned only upon yelling at the staff. The towels were also changed only on request. The bins were not emptied. Over it was horrible and disastrous stay making an extremely unpleasant memory of our first visit to Varanasi.

Perfect location for the visitors who want to experience age old Varanasi. The staff was very cooperative and the rooms were clean, hygienic and comfortable. Ganga is just in front of the hotel. Highly recommended for friends and families.
