Hunters Quay Holiday Village

Die Größe der Unterkunft, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung der Küche. Sehr schöne Bade und Schlafzimmer. Lage im grünen und Ruhig.

Die Eingangstür, schloss im untern Teil überhaupt nicht und hatte 2cm Luft. Am Empfang wurde mit einem Foto der Defekt angezeigt und es wurde bis zum Aufenthalt Ende nichts repariert. Auch keine Rückmeldung. Das geht besser z.B St. Ives Beach Bay Resort. Da läuft's über eine App und funktioniert perfekt.

The whole park was very clean

The hot tub premium lodge was lovely, modern and well furnished. The hot tub was a great touch.

Nothing everything was great

It was a nice van with a balcony, the position of the van was nice as it wasn't over looked and we where in a woodland area, The van was a good size, with a large open plan living and dinning room area with patio doors.

We had booked a pet friendly van and was surprise to be told on arrival that despite this there would be an additional charge of approx £39 for the dog. The explanation was even though you tick this type of van that only allows them to know what type of van to book you into. It was a surprise as there was no information to say about the charge before arriving. The van was a way to the club area, was a bit of a walk and there wasnt a level path or road.In addition it was disappointing that there wasn't a small stock of dishwasher tablets or dish cloth etc or even a wee starter kit for a coffee. Nothing.
