To be honest, I didn’t have very high expectations after reading some of the less positive reviews before arriving. But I’m happy to say I was pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious, clean, bright, and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center and within easy walking distance of tour offices and bus stations. I was also lucky enough to arrive on buffet day, so I got to try lots of delicious vegan dishes. There were plenty of vegan options for breakfast too, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff were the highlight of my stay—always smiling, friendly, and happy to help with anything🙏 Overall, great value for money and a really enjoyable stay. Thank you to the whole team for making my time here so pleasant. I’d happily stay here again! ❤️

Добрый приветливый персонал, есть парковка и прачечная, красивый вид из окна. Внизу ресторан. В еомере есть все необходимое

Не было горячей воды, бойлер не работал, ждали пару часов персоналине мог решить проблему но и не предупредили при зачелении, этотнечестно мы были очень уставшие с дороги и меня это расстроило. В номере не очень чисто, но это приемлемо для азии и отеля за такую цену.

Schönes großes und helles Zimmer, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Außerdem gut gelegen.

Das Bett war sehr unbequem, man hat jeden Draht der Matratze gespürt. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, länger hätten wir dort nicht unbedingt schlafen wollen. Das Zimmer mit Seeblick ging außerdem auf die Straße. Das Bad ist durch eine kleine Öffnung mit dem Nachbarzimmer verbunden, sodass man sehr viele Geräusche hört.

Mooie ruime lichte kamer met uitzicht op de stad en de rivier. Het personeel is ook super vriendelijk.

Завтрак классный. Чистота в номере. Очень тихо и комфортно.
