Modern 2 bed 2 Bath House in Sittingbourne by Splendid Stays

Was a lovely place but needs a good clean( floors sticky) …. The host was lovely ….thou boiler alarm went off for carbon monoxide detected … so we had no heating or hot water wasn’t offered a discount or money back … when our life’s were at risk, was a lovely host but needs just a few things done in cleaning..

Just needs a good clean but home was fair the bed was really comfortable lovely home ….

The house is beautiful and very clean

The location is a it uncomfortable without parking

The style of the property was modern and not too cluttered with items. All needed facilities was available to hand.

Steepness of the stairs not publisised, found it slightly difficult due to width of step. No welcome leaflet with instructions I.e. No direction as to which colour bin is for what purpose as different council areas have different colours for each waste product. Automatic locking door if you lift the handle up.
