Great location. Good communication

Beautiful building and room. Spacious, with a little balcony and seating area. Lots of storage space. Really well located!

The bedsheet were really not good quality. The aircon does not work well, it makes so much noise that we had to sleep with earplugs on, and we had to move the bed to be underneath it as it would not cool the room down enough. There was no shower soap, they give you the same as hand soap but even then the pot in the shower was empty when we arrived! It costs 10€ to leave your luggage if you arrive early, and if you want to stay in Gozo the day after check out you will NOT be able to leave your luggage there. Stefan just completely stopped responding to my messages regarding luggage, and did not pick up my calls or called back about it. Because it was a bank holiday all luggage storage shops where closed and we had to keep our suitcase/bags with us the whole day!

Good location. Close to Victoria bus terminal. Staff is responsible that he brought us garbage bags on the next day.

No A/C in the dining room.
