Downtown Beachfront Isla Verde Tropical Apartment

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, la vista y las instalaciones del conjunto residencial. Nos encantó que tuviera salida directa a la playa y que tiene muchos restaurantes, supermercados y locales comerciales alrededor. Los complementos como las toallas, agua caliente, elementos de cocina estuvieron bien, etc.

Tuvimos inconvenientes con la luz del cuarto principal, sólo funcionaba una de las lámparas de mesa y el ventilador se veía que tenía luz pero no fue posible prenderla, de todas maneras, no fue un impedimento para tener una estancia agradable. Además, las camas tienen resortes que suenan.

Overall, I loved it. There were some cons but all in all the stay was great. The balcony was superb. Although the trees at the property blocked our view a little bit. The beach was great although we had mostly r as in the whole time but the access to the beach and the sitting area is nice. Close to everything. Uber is cheap.

While we were there, there was a main water line that burst prior to our arrival that caused us to not have water the majority of our stay. However, in the evenings we would get water long enough to shower and clean up.

Living room sliding glass door didn't close properly and with the wind it rattled all the time.

Beach access was nice

The room felt so outdated, at night the lighting makes it feel so gloomy. The balcony door was broken, we could not access the balcony from the master bedroom.If you want a place that sleeps 8 comfortably, but don't care about the way the apartment looks, this is good. Getting around with only one key was a challenge. You need a key to access the pool and the beach, we had to keep going back and forth to open for others in our group.

No shampoo, no body wash, host didn’t send the apartment number and wifi, we had to wait to get those. Kitchen doesn’t even have salt and pepper.

Great location, quiet night, clean and big apartment

The view was excellent, the apartment is high quality, big, clean.

Good location, close to every restaurant, supermarket, bar, lounges, beaches, club, east food, erc...
