I disliked that fact that there was false advertisement . This is an apartment complex in a house. The people that LIVE there are very rude & loud. I was very uncomfortable the whole time from the guests making nasty comments and looks to their ignorance when it came to their noise level

Please read this before renting a room here. I rented a room for two weeks and paid $527. Upon arrival, I smelled a terrible odor, as if a homeless person lived there. I called the staff and explained that I was worried about who had lived in the room before me and that I couldn't stay there. It's scary to think of the condition of the mattress. I've rented rooms in various places, and I've never experienced anything like this before. It was impossible to breathe comfortably in this room. I was forced to rent something else and lost a lot of money. I contacted them numerous times and sent messages asking for a refund, as it was truly impossible to stay in this room. No one helped me. The conditions were terrible. I'll also add some photos of what the room looked like.

The cleanness of the room

One of the guest in 2B was really loud. Arguing on the phone every night slamming the doors very loud. no consideration for other guest Im the home. The room was already damaged yet i paid 110 damage deposit.

No fui atemdido, pague por adelantado. Nadie me recibio para cheking, no me devolviron el dinero. Me escribieron a ultima hora que no se acepatamaban menores de edad. Nadie aparceio. Me toco arrendar en otro hotel. Nadien me soluciono

No tiene atencion, te contestan por mesaje mail y te dicen que luego te reintegran el dinero y luego de un tiempo te dicen que por politica no lo pueden reintegrar. No atienden no te dan la cara y te cobrar dwspues de qie stad embarcado en el viaje.

The location was okay. Close to restaurants and shops.

Some of the other guest were loud at times but not bad overall. and the Wi-Fi connection could have been better..

Easy peasy checking into the place. 5 minute from the train station

West Philly, but was perfect for a solo traveler

Gostei da hospedagem, apto é ótimo, espaço muito bom. Casa muito boa, banheiro ótimo. Perto do mercado,farmácia,McDonald’s enfrente. Perfeito! A cozinha muito boa, fiz minhas próprias refeições. Excelente.

Dos sacos de roupas no meio do corredor da porta. A geladeira cheia de alimentos que não se tem espaço pra colocar e o cheiro ruir de coisas estragadas na geladeira. Tive que levar os meu alimentos para o quarto.
