Newly Renovated Guest Rooms near Transportation

I loved the locks, the security was a very pleasant surprise. I thought the process was very nice, getting the email with door codes, it was a smooth and worry free way to get into my room no matter when I got there.

there were no utensils in kitchen. No dishwasher detergent for washing up after. the floor of the main floor, with kitchen, was very dirty. The room itself was very hot with no windows and little ventilation. And the pillows were too thin.

I liked the size and location of the property

There were obvious roaches and unsanitary conditions

It was a 15minute walk from my job.

Room was in the basement. No windows just a small room with a bed and TV. As a woman I had to go upstairs to the bathroom next to the kitchen. The neighborhood isn’t the safest. Water wouldn’t go down in the tub. Other guest were nasty, the bathroom was nasty due nasty housemates.

The room is comfortable, the place is clean and safe. The Staff are very friendly and kind.

Bed

Booking.com changed the location one week before the trip. There was no kitchen or common space- the place I originally was booked at had a kitchen and common space. We got one towel and one washrag for 2 people, we where there for 4 nights. We did not get toilet paper or any soap.... And the room was pretty horrible. I did contact the property management person about 3 times asking for another towel and toilet paper..... He said they would provide the above.....and they did not. Worst place I have ever stayed.
