"West Philly, not University City"

The base price was ok.

There was not recycling. The porch and bathroom floor were not very clean. There was a security fee with a random processing fee that was not refundable and the security fee would take up to 15 days to refund. It is more than 48 hours and it still has not been refunded. There was a tv (to watch local news) but we could not turn it on. It was very far west; past University City.

Nothing really there was always something going on.

The house smelled bad and I have yet to get my security deposit back after they should I would get it the next day after I left.

"Most peaceful stay so far"

It's shown as advertised and it's so peaceful. I came here because my household is chaotic and cramped and I invited someone I'm dating which is why I booked for two. I was nervous at first but I warmed up to the environment. I got the peace I wanted and I'm happy about that. I'm a smoker and even though I hate to smoke outdoors the porch is very secure for that. You may have to bring your own chair but I smoked on the porch during a heavy rainfall that lasted 20 mins with the wind at 10 mph and was completely dry while smoking.

I liked everything tbh

Close to public transportation. The market Frankford El is 2 blocks away 15 minutes ride to center city.

The house was very clean and the staff that we encountered was very polite. Any issues we had was quickly solved.

If I was to be really picky I would've liked a TV either in the room or in the lounge.
