Newly Renovated Guest Rooms near Transportation

There were bugs in the cabinets the tenants were loud and the blankets were not clean and the heat was always on and it was so hot in there

There was a surprise deposit. (116 dollars)they wanted it sent over cashapp that they'd said would be returned for some reason 14 days. I was in a room in the basement that had no windows and someone had set the thermostat up to some ridiculous temp, like 85-90 and then opened the window in their bedroom so they'd be comfortable. It was unbearable and I was sweating so bad I couldn't sleep or get comfortable. (it was so bad that at 3 am I went outside to cool off (MY TRIP WASIN DECEMBER) Oh, remember that deposit payment? 🤣🤣 16 days later I still hadn't received the return, so I messaged them kindly asking what was up with that. theyclaimed that they HAD sent it andthat I had declined the payment, which was untrue and I had to prove it before being.told id have.the payment soon (took two more days days) Oh. And the neighborhood wasn't so great, but that's not really important.

Cheap

Way too hot, no toilet paper, no silverware, no staff there, other people were loud

The bed was great and the staff very responsive!

Our bedroom was in the basement with no light and no window. The kitchen had no ustentiles at all, which prevented us from cooking, which we had planned in the first place.

The booking didn't specify the $100 damage fee until after I booked the room. I didn't learn about it until I called the rude receptionist that refused to check my reservation until I agreed to pay the $100! This is unethical of your booking.com. Then I couldn't cancel because it was the same day I wanted to check in. Needless to say I didn't stay at this hotel. I stay at Philly Inn & Suites! They dud not charge a "damage" fee and the customer service was great!

Bed was broke , it stink , bed bugs , shower was broke , people was loud that was there

The price is very cheap and the room is clean.

They don't even offer the soap and laundry.
