Modern Apartment Central Woodstock with Parking

Clean and modern looking finishings inside a run down looking building

Windows need upgrading, busy road kept us up most of the night.

Lovely little flat. Close to the town center and walking distance to blenham palace.has all the facilities that you need in it.

The windows could do with upgrading. As I could hear the traffic on the main Rd.

Good location, 2 spacious double rooms, good kitchen/lounge, good directions, very easy to locate. Clean towels in both rooms, tea , coffee etc available. Place had been cleaned, TV worked well with good choice of channels.

Bathroom , could really do with a makeover. To be critical, sink tap sticks, shower didn't drain well, scuffs and marks, bit tired.

Mould on ceiling of bathroom.Mould on ceiling of one bedroom. Cracked window in one bedroom and poor locking of window. Garage not lockable so people taking advantage of parking. Not enough cutlery for four people. One frying pan not suitable for induction hob. Two of four small plates chipped so not hygienic. No baking trays for oven use. No freezer compartment in fridge. Scolding hot water from taps. Bathroom tap stiff to use so it was all or nothing on this mixer tap. Toilet pan is loose so it moves on getting on or off.

The location was very good., local to Blenheim Palace for our main visit. Was in walking distance to resturants/pubs and car parking.

On site parking could be better. No street parking without permit.

The property was lovely - very modern had everything you needed for a short stay.

Was mislead by the owner with regards parking. When booked 7 months ago I told we could have a parking permit but this wasn’t the case. No permit available was told she would ask her partner to drop one off but never happened chased again to then be told one wasn’t available when I expressed my disappointment I was told to take the matter up with the local MP!

local to town centre and Blenheim Palace, apartment was clean and comfortable, on arrival i had to go back out to the shops for a washing up sponge and some kitchen towel which i do think should have been supplied.
