Charming Central Residence by NW Apartments

L'appartamento è grande e ben arredato con tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima, ideale per visitare tutto a piedi. Le cucine sono ben attrezzate e abbiamo apprezzato le 4 cialde del caffè. L'appartamento è situato all'interno di un cortile ed è molto silenzioso.

Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto problemi con il codice per potere entrare nel cortile. Poi per due giorni il codice ha funzionato bene, ma gli ultimi due giorni il codice non funzionava più creandoci molti problemi con disagi per il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo contattato l'assistenza, prima telefonicamente senza alcun aiuto. Successivamente abbiamo scritto attraverso la chat, che però non ha risolto il problema e questa ci ha rovinato la nostra vacanza.

Nous sommes très déçus par cette expérience. Les propriétaires ne sont absolument pas sérieux. À notre arrivée vers 20h, nous avons reçu un code pour accéder à l’immeuble, mais celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas. Nous sommes restés bloqués devant l’entrée pendant plus de deux heures, dans le froid, avec trois enfants. Heureusement, un autre locataire est finalement entré et a pu nous ouvrir la porte de l’extérieur. Une fois à l’intérieur, le code fonctionnait sans problème, ce qui rend la situation encore plus incompréhensible. Nous avons essayé de contacter les propriétaires à plusieurs reprises par téléphone, sans réponse. Par message, ils nous ont indiqué que quelqu’un allait s’en occuper, mais rien n’a jamais été résolu. Les deuxième et troisième nuits, nous avons été contraints de dormir ailleurs, car il était impensable d’attendre des heures chaque soir dans le froid en espérant qu’un résident ouvre la porte. Le dernier jour, nous avons encore dû attendre longtemps pour pouvoir rentrer récupérer nos affaires. Ce séjour a complètement gâché notre city trip de 3 jours et nous a profondément démoralisés. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que, le peu de temps passé dans l’appartement, nous avons constaté qu’il était propre, agréable et très bien situé.

Finding our apartment was difficult as no door numbers and poor directions for access.

La limpieza en el baño superior dejaba mucho que desear, la rejillas de ventilación estaban llenas de pelusas de tanto polvo y la ducha olía a orín

Location of the apartment is amazing, couldn't be any better Cleanliness of apartment is great and amenities were fantastic for a group of friends. Huge amount of space.

I had an issue with communication as booking.com removed links and email addresses in messages from the host so I was unable to use their check in app which meant I couldnt access the door codes. Not resolved until we were in taxi on way to apartment which was stressful when travelling with others. Stairway is narrow and the treads are deep, one of our party struggled. Upstairs bedroom needs a door and curtains Upstairs bed was broken, many slats broken/missing and very noisy every time you moved in bed. We ended up moving the mattress on to the floor. Both sofa beds and the downstairs bed were very comfortable.
