Charming Central Residence by NW Apartments

2 levels were a bonus. Didn’t expect that. Travelled with another family and we weren’t on top of each other. Great location

- Lack of flexibility of the host - TheThe washing machine was not working - The outdoor looks very old - No assistance when we call for help on the self checking , the representative wasn't convivial and refuse to give us the appartment number and ask us to watch a video despite the fact that we had her on the phone.... -Customer Service has to be really proved

Nothing everything was perfect

We loved that it gave us a clean, quiet and homey feeling during our travels. It was tastefully decorated and above all we felt safe. It was wonderful to be on the main floor, since one of us struggled with going up and down stairs We enjoyed making breakfast in the kitchen, but one item that would be useful to have is a spatula for flipping pancakes.

The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score was that it was very hot in both the down and up stair spaces. There were two electric fans provided for upstairs, which helped a lot! But the downstairs really needed two fans as well. It was hard to sleep at night in the main floor's bedroom or to sit and relax in the lovely living space without sweating because of the lack of air circulation. The upstairs shower did not drain while in use. We had to shower in phases in order to prevent it from overflowing onto the bathroom floor. *Note: In the first four stairs, going up or down could be very tricky because the fourth step was higher/taller than the other steps and we had several occasions where each of us would fall or stumble. These comments are not meant for complaint, but only to give constructive input to help the host improve the residence for future stays.
