easy to access, great position in city and very clean

1 bed from 1 dormitory was broken and we had to sleep on a couch. It wasn’t a deal breaker so much, but on top of that the heating did not work and although I tried to troubleshoot it with the online support team but it still not started to work. In my opinion these technical stuff should be adressed phisically by the admin staff. It wasn’t freezing cold but it was pretty cold. In January it would have been a bigger problem. And further more the guest should not stay to fix the host’s problem.

"Tolle Lage, Zustand der Wohnung eher mäßig."

Tolle Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen.

Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, das WLAN Passwort war nur auf Nachfrage zu erhalten. Zum Einchecken musste man eine zusätzliche App herunterladen und die Nutzung war schwierig. Teile der Unterkunft waren nicht gereinigt, das Licht in der Toilette reichte nicht aus. Türen ließen sich zum Teil nicht schließenInsgesamt sehr Dunkeln Wohnung, das es kaum Fenster gab.

Het appartement zelf, prachtig! Heerlijke ruimte, perfecte ligging.

Het inchecken was even moeilijk. Dat lag eerlijk gezegd meer aan mij, lange reis en moe. Super duidelijk filmpje, als je die kijkt van te voren. 😉
