Wonderful comfortable cottage with a beautiful garden. Fantastic for our 2 dogs while we rode the Karlkloof trails.

The unit was exclusive & peaceful and had a great wood burning stove. Bronwyn was extremely accommodating and helpful

Would have preferred the unit to be serviced

Gartmore Guest Farm is the kind of place that makes decision-making very difficult in a good way. We were in the area for sports events at Karkloof Country Club which, conveniently, is +-5km from the farm. It’s a beautiful area so going out for activities is a treat. But the cottage is so cosy that we could’ve stayed indoors by the fireplace all weekend. The shower is great and the kitchen is perfect for easy meals when you want an early night. A big bed is always a bonus and this one was very comfortable and warm too. It’s also really peaceful at night. The host is exceptional; so helpful and responsive! And there are really friendly dogs that became my running partners one day.

A perfect farm stay. A cosy farm cottage with all amenities needed for a weekend escape. The quiet of the countryside and having the farm animals surround the property was just wonderful.

Its in a nice and quiet setting with a great view of the rivet and farm. The River House is new, compact but very comfortable with all the require appliances for self catering. Everything worked well and the bed was very comfortable
