Green Dragon LUDLOW

Property and location is fantastic, topped off by Paul who was such a welcoming and informative host. Paul treats you so well if felt more like staying at a friends house rather than a B&B. We were over for a couple of days and made use of the lounge which Paul is more than happy / keen you do during your stay; a real bonus rather than coming back and having to sit in a bedroom at the end of a evening on that note it is also worth mentioning that the bed was really comfortable also!

Nothing, perfect host and property, we loved the vibe of the place and chatting with Paul.

Paul made us feel very welcome it was like staying with a friend, he recommended local restaurants, pubs and gave us information about the town which we found very useful The Green Dragon is very local to the centre of Ludlow which is a charming town

The noise from traffic on the main road was quite loud however it died down around 11 p.m.

Absolutely fabulous welcome, lovely warm welcome, very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Warm clean very spacious room and bathroom with shower, TV and use of living room, slept like a log, close to all local pubs bars castle, excellent location, will definitely return

We've just returned from a two-night stay at The Green Dragon in Ludlow, whilst attending the Annual Spring Festival Paul the host is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy, we really enjoyed our conversations over breakfast with him. It's more than just a B&B, it's being warmly welcomed into someone's amazing property. The room and facilities are excellent and the laid back vibe really appeals to us. We were also directed to a small and recently reopened pub just along the street, The Old Street Tavern....another lovely establishment full of friendly folk and some cracking ales on tap. All in all, an excellent weekend in good company. The Green Dragon is naturally our first choice for future stays in Ludlow. John and Jayne..

If you are lucky enough to find the property available, book it. You won't regret it!

The fridge in the room was a welcome touch. Breakfast was excellent. Comfortable bed. Exclusive use of the lounge if required was unexpected but appreciated, although we didn't use it! A very relaxing stay.

Nothing really, just an observation: If staying longer we would have needed more wardrobe space, which we feel Paul would have arranged for us as he is very accommodating.

We loved the quirky decor in the pictures and we were not disappointed. Our host Paul was very welcoming and provided useful local knowledge on places to visit, where to eat etc. He prepared breakfast for us at a time of our choosing - hot pastries, fruit juice, fresh coffee. Toast, yoghurt etc were also available. We were able to use the comfortable lounge and we were invited to use the kitchen as well. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. The bedroom and en suite were spotlessly clean. Tea\coffee facilities in the bedroom (with real milk!) and basic toiletries in the bathroom. The location was excellent: easy walk into town for dinner. We found free parking in the street outside each day from 4pm to 10am.

Location excellent; communication great, Paul was extremely helpful, Comfortable bed Paul was great at advising the best places to eat and drink and where to visit However, the best parts are Paul wishes for guests to use the kitchen and dining room to eat your take a way food, great Thai nearby by the way, and use of the lounge to watch any dvd you want to, it’s a bnb Jim but not as you know at it 👍 peace man

Could have been bigger , but I’m being honest was it important
