Welcoming staffs

I think you need to improve the appliances, paint, the ambiance.

Location near to all

Very old bedsheets, pillows to change and blanket facilities need to upgrade (floor retiles, bathroom make over, faucets to be replaced), replace mugs and disinfect alleys and rooms

Moldy

The accommodation has everything that is needed to spend a couple of nights but do not expect amenities of a 4-start hotel. Personnel is kind and helpful, they even offer free coffee and water to guests.

It could be cleaner and the bathroom have a closed shower not to splash everything around.

There are lots of restaurants around and it is not too far not too near the city center (Session Rd area).

My room was just at the backnof the receptionist and lobbh where the internet is only accessible. There were late nights when some arrivinv guests can be too noisy and the receptionist can't control them especially children. There was also few times when another guest does his zoom call in the lobby on loudspeaker. I can hear their conversation till 4am. Instead of getting up to call their attention, I just covered my ear with earphones. I know i should've just called their attention but it will only disrupt my sleep worse, and might upset other guest and make a scene. My room didn't have a tv and since its december, AC remote wasnt handed to me.. it's fine but others might need these things.
