Steps Garden Resort

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy. The courtyard is very pleasant and beautiful, with an incredible amount of greenery—it feels like you’re walking through a beautiful jungle rather than the hotel grounds. The staff are very friendly and helpful; they assisted me with any questions I had. The food at the restaurant was delicious. There’s a very beautiful pool that’s practically surrounded by greenery. We rented a treehouse, and I absolutely loved it. My girlfriend wasn't too keen on some of our Sri Lankan neighbors who kept coming into our room, but we knew what we were getting into when we booked this particular room. I highly recommend this place.

Great stay! Perfect location after a (long) flight. The staff is really friendly and the food is amazing. Would definitely recommend it

Ambiance

A bit far from the airport

Close to airport and the pick up service was great. Nice gardens on the property.

We arrived late so that may have been the reason, but we were put in a small dark room at the back of the property that didn't match the photos at all. The other rooms with access to the gardens looked nice though from what we could tell the following morning. As expected given its proximity to the airport, the plane traffic started early in the morning but it wasn't excessive

We kwamen midden in de nacht aan werden keurig opgehaald van het vliegveld. Van te voren was de communicatie prima. Het verblijf was op zich prima. Kamer niet al te groot maar voldeed. Het zwembad was heerlijk om in te zwemmen. Het is allemaal prima verzorgd. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding goed.

Achteraf was het niet onze beste accommodatie. Als ik opnieuw zou boeken zou ik denk ik toch aan zee iets boeken.
