Good location for dropping off hire car and getting to cruise port. Spacious room. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies. Secure.

Difficulty getting inside or contacting agent. TV wasn’t working. Wifi hard to connect and dropped out. Light over inside entry area not working. Bathroom- light over mirror plus fan not working. Single bed nearest door slat broken. Towels poor quality.

Nothing.

- No light in the bathroom. - Radiator stuck open and full blast ( in 30° degree heat outside) why was heating on anyway? - No staff on site and contact number just says closed. - when finally got hold of someone, requested another room or issue to be sorted,got told will be sorted by time we would be back in the evening.... nothing was done at all. - With 30° outside temperature and heating stuck on full blast had no choice but to open windows, on ground floor and windows had no security on so would open all the way and anyone could've climbed in which obviously put my other half on edge so neither of us slept all night threw worry, heat or the mattress which was just a sheet on springs and the fact you can hear every single noise in whole building, footsteps, doors opening and closing, people taking, every tap and toilet... everything. - TV bracket on wall with no TV. - TEA and coffee with milk and sugar in room but no kettle. - Pictures do not match reality. Don't recommend at all and requesting refund. Will update if successful or not.

Access, location

Bedsheets weren’t clean. Room was full of rubbish. Beds, mattresses were broken. See photos at the check in!

Location was ok. Close to city.

Facilities were poor. Room had strong bleach smell and the toilet lights were not working when we checked and had to get technician to fix it. The pics in the website looked more newer than what the actual property was.

Suppose the area wasn't too bad

Staff not helpful, bed uncomfortable as I had to sleep on top of the duvet. Too many repairs needed doing. Shower did not work and was not fixed.

Place was very dirty.

We had started our travels and didn’t have access to a computer to receive emails in the days before we arrived so starting from 2 weeks before we repeatedly tried contacting the accommodation asking for check-in in information to be sent to us before we left home. We were ignored, and even when we got Booking .com involved we were still ignored. Fortunately when we arrived someone was coming out of the door so we got in and found an unlocked room to sleep in. Later that night the front door handle broke off so nobody could get in unless somebody opened from inside.
