3 flight of stairs to our room. No tv remote and was promised one following day but the remote never turned up. Poor shower slow to drain.

Plenty complimentary tea and coffee. Complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Clean towels and bedding.

Location looked a bit rough. Beds were uncomfortable. Didn't see anyone everything was door coded. Shower didn't drain away properly.

The price! A good clean stay - good value

A fire alarm that went off at 1 am. But the noise certainly woke us quickly and all evacuated to the street but seems it was a false alarm

The room is really small with a bed that looks like one in a hostel. The bathroom didn't even have a place to hang clothes. Everything was makeshift. Terribly ill equipped given the price!

Ground floor not to far from city and not to far to motorway.

It was a lovely shower room new tiles but the silicone in shower needs replacing.

Liked the price, the staff who were accommodating and helpful. Only stayed a night. Seemed to be a student hostel or a place for young people passing through. Still, there was coffee in the room, shampoo in the shower. Perfectly comfortable.

Pillows could have bee fluffier. For the price I’m not complaining.
