Nothing the room was dirty with under the bed the bathroom smelt like feet bed were uncomfortable we asked for a family room and got 3 single beds with very small covers

Everything not even staff on site to ask for a spoon to make our teas and ask for extra pillows

The staff were very helpful with setting up some decorations when I asked for it as a birthday surprise. Overall a great stay. Thank you very much. X

Bathroom light made a creaky noise when turned on. Also too hot, heating couldn't be turned down.

Bus 22 stops outside on 10 journeys a week. 5 on tuesday and thursday each way!!!

Toilet and shower not in room as stated on booking but were one storey down stairs.

The keep for the Yale lock on the door frame of my room was hanging off having clearly been broken recently. I immediately let the 'manager' know and he did not organize to have it repaired the whole week of my stay and ignored subsequent messages. I did not feel comfortable to leave valuables on the room. The whole property smelt strongly of marijuana. The carpet in the room was stained. There was black mould in the shower and the toilet seat was very wobbly. It was -3 outside at night and the heating was never on, to the point that my towel remained damp all week. The general condition of the property was below what I think is commercially acceptable. The photos on booking are deeply misleading.

This was a very cheap stay near to the centre of Southampton. The property is self check-in, making it easy to access, and relatively clean throughout. This is definitely a stay there if you want to stay cheap kind of place, although I did appreciate the free tea/coffee provided.

This is definitely a 1* guesthouse. The rooms are small and pokey, and the bed are old, but clean. I was hoping for a private bedroom (the advert was a little ambiguous), but ended up in a shared bathroom, which was relatively clean and functional but far from lovely. Definitely somewhere for a one-night cheap stay.

cleanliness wasn't of a good standard, blood found on the wall by light switch., hanging wires from ceiling for TV, tv didnt work, beds were wobbly and creeked headboard not attached so fell forward and very uncomfertable. no toilet roll had to go buy some.

Everything was disgusting! Stained towels, smelly bedsheets and the shower was held together with a spoon and handle falling off. That bad didn't have a shower when waking. The mattress was non existent and my partner nearly rolled out of bed when I turned over.
