"Very cheap accom. You get what you pay for"

Location was fine. Accom very cheap.

Room was very dirty (dust everywhere and chocolate wrappers on the floor when I arrived). Wifi didn’t work. Room was extremely poorly ventilated and very humid (windows covered in condensation 24/7). Shower was held together with tape. Bath mat was just carpet off cuts. Bed very uncomfortable. Seems that every plausible cost cutting measure has been used (and perhaps some that aren’t plausible too).

"I had to complain about the state of my room to Damian manager/owner?! He had agreed to refund m for one nights stay"

Property was booked as it was conveniently situated for my work.

The room was very dusty ( everything was dusty even the kettle) and in quite an unacceptable state of repair. Had to clean when I got there which was the last thing I needed after traveling for 5hrs. Bathroom taps loose and shower unit wobbly. Scratches over the desk and mismatched furniture. One raw light bulb hanging with no lampshade and awful grouting in bathroom.

Shampoo n clean towels provided. Tea n coffee in room Clean bedsheets Quiet suburban location Fairly good value for money

Poor water pressure in shower room Poor soundproofing in room 20. Could hear next door neighbours.

Wasn't available. Not Ideal.

Having to share Toilet and Shower. No TV. Lower Ceilings, noisy Pipers and having Water Tank behind Bed and Door.

"Disappointing"

It was good for the money and the bed was nice to sleep in and it was nice that I could make a cup of or coffee

What I did not like about it was that the shower was dreadful it was not even clean it looks like they put a new shower in and left there mess in the shower
