Could had a tv shower was so hot could not turn it and heating on all the time could not time it off

The noise and the side gate was always open so anyone could of climb threw my window

I notified Pebbles that I wouldn’t book in until after 7pm. Was thanked for info and advised that code would be sent to me on Friday. Whilst on train from Portsmouth to Southampton, I received a message from Pebbles asking when I’d arrive. My reply- on train, don’t know it’s arrival time and then I’d get taxi to Pebbles. When I arrived without a code, I could not even enter the building. Happily another resident let me in and tried to contact owners, which he did and codes were then sent. ( I’m not good at standing and there was no seat available whilst trying to sort codes. Then to log into WiFi was told the password was on base of Router. I had to take a photo of WiFi details to enlarge when I finally gained entrance to my just about adequate room, which was up 2/12 flights of stairs- passing a toilet on the way. No notice in bedroom as to where the nearest toilet was situated. I finally found a toilet down a flight of stairs. Everything had to be searched for ! Not happy - would NOT recommend. 🤬😱

Good location. Close to city centre. Close to bus route. Not far from the railway station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

TV could not be used as no socket to plug into. Shower had black mould and cracked tiles. The carpets appeared recently laid but decor was a bit shabby.

At walking distance from town and central railway station, that was ok. Had an ensuite room, quite spacious. Tea and coffee and a kettle were provided.

The place was dirty. Used raisor blades lying in the bathroom, the shower was dirty, so was the toilet. No toilet paper provided. No hot water in sink or shower. I know this was a low budget choice, but cleanliness is a minimum requirement. Looking at the infrastructure, I wonder if they even are compliant with fire prevention regulations.

This room was prebooked on the Booking.com app I arrived at the property only to find that the room was not ready and the owner had no idea of my booking. My booking was cancelled by the owner there and then. No help was offered to help me find somewhere else. I was appalled. I was left stranded in an unfamiliar city.
