"I haven't able to stay this hotel due to the poor customer service from both of them staff and owner"

I reserved the room online and also paid an advance amount of ₹1000. I had informed them in advance about my early morning check-in at around 3:00 AM on 13 March 2026, and they agreed to it. However, on that morning, there was no proper response from their side, both for the staff and the owner. The owner was not answering calls, which was very frustrating. Due to this poor customer service experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
