Room decorated well,what ever you want everything you will have,perfect place for short holiday stay .

Too fly inside rooms.

Kitchen was well provisioned, had everything you need, supplied with a full bottle of dish soap.. Kitchen was nice and clean. Large living space, with compact fold away tables and chairs, working TV. Bathroom functional, shower stall, toilet and sink. Two rolls of TP provided. No shelf in the shower, it really needs one but otherwise great, good temperature and water pressure Great secondary access through the backdoor, multiple entrances but we liked the ramp to one side, very easy access and great outdoor space. The bed bunks had very good lighting, each had own little reading light which was a nice touch. Lots of mirrors in the bedroom, we moved a small one for our duration into the living room. Good storage for all your stuff Lighting in the bedroom was great, lots op options and Large double bed size sofa bed, lots of bedding and pillows supplied Parking spaces good, off road.

Stayed in Flat 4, advertised as a 2 bedroom flat. This is not the case, it is a 1 bedroom flat, with an alcove what would be a dining room/ kitchen combo, where a bunk bed is placed with a curtained screen. The design its self is very good and good use of space, but it is not what was advertised and we would have chosen differently if made clear it is actually a 1 bedroom which this is, with additional sleeping quarters. This left a very unhappy teenager who was supposed to have their own room/ space. Cleaning wise: found 7 spiders within about the first 2 mins walking through, can't help the odd bug etc but these were rather well established in their little areas, 2 above the bathroom door, 2 in the bedroom, 1 in the bunk bed and more found in the living room etc. Now I say found, we didn't go looking for bugs, we are all terrified of spiders and so we don't actively look to find them. Clear indication lack of cleaning/ dusting unfortunately. The extractor fan above the shower is rather dusty and probably do with a clean. The sheet provided for the sofa bed doesn't fit, and is rather old with holes. Would recommend a new one (larger size) be supplied. WiFi : honestly awful, pretty bad think it's the worst ever experienced on holiday. Not sure why but it kicks you off every couple mins (minutes if your lucky) and the signal in the area for own data was non existent sadly. The double room is a tight fit and would probably work better as a comfortable single, with a wide single bed (understand that the more people in the better). Otherwise definetly need a new mattress, currently a memory foam topper on an old mattress would recommend a spring pocket mattress find them better for stays. Driveway: the first entrance to the property should be reassessed and redone. It is far to high, scrapped the underside of the vehicle and caused minor damage/ cracking under the car.

Lovely location, a three minute walk to the bus stop to either go into Ryde or Sandown and Shanklin. Fantastic garden with table tennis and badminton which my grandson loved. The studio had everything we needed and we loved our stay. Easy to access the keys and we dropped our cases off early which was a bonus.

Everything was great. We knew we needed to bring our own towels.

Beautiful apartment. The location was perfect and just 10-minute walk to the stunning Appley Beach. My daughters and I were first-time travellers to IOW and are already talking about coming back. We will most definitely be hoping to stay at the Victorian Lodge again and will certainly recommend it to friends and family.

We wanted to stay longer but only booked for the week. My recommendation would be to book two weeks if you want to explore the island as there are so many lovely places to visit.
