Its convenient and accessible to amenities.

The shower itself is too small and it somehow flood the outside as the water comes out although there is a curtain. Also the shower heater seems to be uncontrolled as we turn it on, even at the lowest temperature it was very hot and waited more time just to have the right temperature to shower. And when we checked the oven, there were crumbs of bread or from grilled food on the oven rack.

Not a single thing

I was told I would be staying in flat1—- I assumed that it would be on the ground floor. There was no notice to say that it wasn’t suitable for anyone with a disability or an older person ( which is the case with myself). There were 35 steps to negotiate every time I faced into the flat—— and that was having walked up East Hill Rd!! But apart from that major stumbling block the flat was very comfortable once I stepped inside.
