Leider sehr unfreundlich beim Checkout. Wollte eine Rechnung für meine Übernachtung haben. Aber die Dame am Schalter meinte, sie wäre dafür nicht verantwortlich und es gäbe keine Rechnung, obwohl sie lt. heutiger Auskunft von booking sogar dazu verpflichtet sind. Schade!

Poor WIFI connection for conference call via MS Teams as it frequently dropped out during my call session. OK for general browsing only.

New facilities, decent if unexceptional breakfast, eager-to-please staff (maybe a bit too eager), variety of cafe/restaurant options + convenience store within the building, very large room with good unobstructed view of part of Seremban

No walkability beyond the building (to be fair this is a Seremban, and by extension, a Malaysia issue, not a hotel problem), only 1 key card provided for the room, room and toilet build quality don't look like they'll last
