"Great Facilities, Service Warmth Can Be Improved"

Arena Premier Hotel is relatively new in Seremban, but I would consider it the best place to stay in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good selection, making the overall stay very pleasant.

The friendliness of the check-in staff could be improved. This was my second visit, and the overall impression was that they were simply doing their job, without the warmth or personal touch that would elevate the guest experience.

Everything here is perfect and followed on my request especially front desk Ms.Najla took initiative to help me even she is on her holiday. P/s: room water pressure has improved

The breakfast was not perfect tho. Taste and variety are still lack and not to par.
