Orthisar is wonderful and quiet, Ahmet our host is really friendly and speaks great english, the hotel itself is a piece of art, decorated beautifuly and respectfuly. Probably our favorite place we have ever been to. Thank you for everything.

The location is incredible, with a fantastic view of the small valley. The hotel itself is wonderful, on several levels, with a lot of terraces and places to sit and enjoy the views. The rooms are fantastic, and truly caved in the rocks, unlike most other hotels where they tend to be fake. The owner is amazing, always available, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was really good, both in size and offering, though making it buffet might reduce some waste, but otherwise I can't complain.

As I said, maybe a buffet breakfast might be a better choice so as to reduce some waste (the portions are so big that most of the time we left something behind, also not everyone liked everything, as is usual, especially with teens).

We absolutely loved our stay here. The building and its furnishings are beautiful- all so tastefully done. A wonderful place to relax and spend time in. Lots of little nooks and crannies and terraces to sit on, beautiful plants and antiques about the place. Very friendly and helpful owner. Loved it.

Nothing at all- no parking I suppose but this was easily solved with the help of the hotel who carved out a space for our car!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed into the home of close friends or family. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The decor was modern and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail throughout. We loved the location — it was perfectly situated for easy access to all the main attractions and sightseeing spots in Cappadocia. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and one of our favorite experiences was walking through the beautiful trail at the bottom of the valley. The breakfasts were great — delicious, varied, and beautifully presented each morning. We also met the owner, who was warm and welcoming, even inviting us to a family gathering they were hosting. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, heartwarming stay in Cappadocia.

This remarkable location is tucked away in a peaceful corner of the village, offering stunning views of the valley. The restoration of the old cave building has been carried out with exceptional care and high aesthetic standards, seamlessly blending traditional architecture with modern furnishings. The terrace is incredible, and the unique promenade overlooking the valley is off the beaten path. The staff is friendly and fluent in English. The manager even upgraded our room for free! It was truly an exceptional experience.

You can park a few meters away if there is a free space; otherwise, it’s a 5-minute walk.

We had such a wonderful stay! The place is incredibly cosy and quiet – perfect for relaxing and recharging. The view was beautiful, the breakfast was amazing, and everything was really well organised, especially all the extra services we booked. Ahmet, our host, was fantastic – so kind, helpful, and always available with great tips. He also spoke excellent English, which made everything super easy. We felt very welcome and would definitely love to come back. Thank you for everything!

The stone cave room was very nice, breakfast was very good, the view was spectacular, Bed was very comfy. Unique atmosphere of the cave room. Service was good, room clean.

Minor things we didn't loke: Breakfast only from 9 o'clock, Hurling the luggage to the cave room was a bit of a workout. Bathroom was not practical (neither holder for tothbrushes or hand soap) and too dark . The curtain was difficult to use properly due to the door opening to the inside of the cave room.

Everything was wonderful, the location offers beautiful views of the valley and the people that own the place couldn’t have been more helpful and nice. The apartments give an authentic feel, furnished with local crafted things and reclaimed wood. Highly recommend!

The property is gorgeous and away from the crowd and noise. Very peaceful atmosphere. The owner was very friendly, helpful and generously offered and upgrade to our booking. The cave rooms are very neat and clean. And the view from the hotel of the valley is extremely beautiful. The breakfast had generous portions and was delicious. Two friends pups at the property was also a plus point for us!
