There us no staff difficult to enter and dirty threadbare carpets I have to stay in that area at weekend for work I would expect a refund for 1 of my stays if they want my repeat custom

Nothing about the apartment.

The room wasn't as advertised. No kitchen not even a kettle. A pile of rubbish on the stairs along with 2 bikes. The stairs were dirty and the room/bed was passable. We were so disappointed that we didn't even stay but packed up and drove home.
