Liverpool One City Centre Studio Apartment

Neat, tidy, clean, comfortable and great location.

Very central location on Main Street

No Lift as advertised was a major drawback as I suffered from an injury to knee and it was fair pull up and down. Key box was not clearly identifiable but when access was gained no instructions on where apt was in building , eventually got into emails and no of apt was there but shud have been highlighted in instructions for key box access what no apt was , took an half hour before getting access in. There was no lights working in the bathroom so had to use phone torch , didn’t need any of the cooking or fridge equipment so can’t comment.

Excellent Location. The Apartment was clean with nice towels.

The TV didn't work, I did send a message but received no reply. Very dark in the bathroom as lights were not good. We had to use our phone torches to see. Outside the main entrance was dirty.

Excellent location. Close to all shops, bars & restaurants. A short 20 minutes walk from the docks. Apartment was clean with plenty of space. Comfy bed and towels provided. It is ideal for a short stay.

There were no ironing facilities as advertised. A resident informed us that the iron and ironing board have been taken out of the laundry room.

There isn't any way to explain the awful smell in the area which came into the room. The place is not fit for habitants, man or dog. We stayed here in 2021 and it was lovely. It has been left to go into wreck and ruin. It is advertised as a short stay but there are residents. The apartment and building are filthy, the sofa badly stained and the floor dirty and sticky. There was no cleaning facilities so we had to go and buy our own to clean. Lift is still out of service, bannisters hanging off the wall and walking up the flight of stairs, you had nothing to hold onto as it would come off the wall. Carpets in the stairwell and up to the doors are filthy, sticky and carpet tiles loose and missing, making, walking down the stairs unsafe so not to trip. We stayed over the bank holiday and there was no one on reception.I have no idea why there was a mattress out on the landing. Not sure if someone was using it at night. The ceiling had collapsed at reception and a huge hole in the ceiling has just been left. We booked an apartment as I like to be able to sit and have a coffee or chill for a bit, especially during the typical British weather but we had to leave the apartment because it was so dirty and smelly, only returning to sleep so we could have just booked a room. The sofa was badly stained and we covered it with a blanket but it didn't fit the whole sofa and I feel it would have fell apart if we sat on it anyway. The room facilities advertise an iron and ironing facilities but these not available in the room. You had to go to reception and pick up the iron from there. One iron for 60 plus rooms. Tv in the room, not connected to anything so pointless having it there. Bathroom was dirty and the sink didn't have a plug. The taps were loose so again, we didn't want to use it. I could go on and on. I am disappointed in this place. How it has such a high rating is beyond me. Do not book this place. You don't know what you're going to pick up.

Great (!!!) location in the center, very nice apartment - comfortable bed, sofa, all the facilities to prepare food.

The elevator wasn't working, so it was very hard to drag our suitcases all the way up to our 4th floor (102 steps). According to all the previous reviews, it never works, so be ready... The wifi is weak. Some bulbs were missing.
