Location was very convenient, Tim the owner very friendly and allowed us to check in early

4 flights of stairs with no working lift was difficult with a torn ligament in my knee and my friend has a compressed disc in her back. No warning there was no lift until we were there. Sheets didn’t fit the bed, very thin and marked. Towels smelt of cigarette smoke 🤮 No iron, no microwave, stained cushions, sofa very uncomfortable as seats slip forward all the time. Communal areas dirty and noisy and alleyway to apartment used as a urinal as witnessed by ourselves on our second evening.

Not clean. Carpets were stained everywhere, fridge had dirt in it. No iron.

No TV or Internet in the apartment and the front door mechanism failed on a Saturday night couldn't open the door with the fob and had to wait on some one coming out to get in

It was super convenient and provided what I needed

It was quite scruffy and the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on. I was disappointed that, since my booking was made, the tv disappeared from the video and listing, although the holes were evident on the wall. No tap in the bathroom basin, filthy oven door, missing drawer front beneath over, fridge door front at an angle. Apparently there’s free WiFi, but I was not supplied with the login details. The communal areas of the actual building were shabby too, stains on the carpets and rubbish that remained in situ for the whole of my stay. I also tried to contact them a number of times to change my booking, but never had a reply, meaning that I paid for an additional night at the start of the week, then had to change all of my plans as I had to leave the property on Friday, a day earlier than I had planned for. I also then had to book an additional train home on Friday, losing my booking for Saturday.
