"Fabulous relaxing location - large comfy house"

Location was amazing - next door to the pub, close to beautiful coastal walks & easy walk to Runswick Bay. Large property with 3 bedrooms & easy to park. Very quiet even though it’s opposite a campsite. Lovely bunk room & fab kitchen. Loved the oversized shower downstairs. Dog friendly & lovely enclosed garden with seating.

Large bins opposite the property overlooked by the seating area. Bedding wasn’t my taste but I’m being picky!

"Lovely place"

The house was lovely, great sized rooms and clean.

A shame we didn't have hot water from mains, luckily there's a electric shower so could wash. The owners did get this problem fixed the following day.

"A relaxing beach break with good walking on the doorstep and amazing views."

The Coach House was well organised with plenty of space. A fantastic location at the top of the hill down to Runswick Bay and also on The Cleveland Way. It was well equipped and tv and wifi worked first time. The weather was great while we were there and we enjoyed the sitting room with French doors and the outdoor seating. Great parking and good to have a The Runswick Bay hotel with good food next door.

The property was perfect for us.

"Great property, location and area to visit."

Great location for spending time in Runswick and the surrounding areas. Great for local walks and the pub behind serves delicious food and had great, friendly staff. The property was extremely clean and well looked after and hosts friendly and helpful. Would recommend it as a place to stay.
