"Perfect house for a family beach holiday."

The location of the property is amazing, close to the beach, cleveland way and next door to the pub that served excellent food. The property was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the 3 bedrooms were spacious. The outdoor patio was nice and enclosed so perfect for us to let the dog out.

"Amazing, good value, great attention to the details."

What beautiful accommodation - everything we needed and more. Lovely big rooms, great bathrooms, comfy sofas, spotlessly clean. Whoever planned this accommodation thought of every little thing to make our stay so enjoyable. Five star plus!!! Also, a great bistro five minutes drive away - called The Moorhen - serves an amazing breakfast if you don’t feel like cooking.

Nothing to dislike everything was wonderful. Hope to stay again in the future.

"Very relaxing and a wonderful place to have some quality family time!"

The location was great and the food and service from the Runswick Bay Hotel was wonderful! The cottage was very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed!

The parking could maybe be improved and there was quite a bit of dog poo around the property (not on the property).

"V clean, tidy - Only had 2 x half toilet rolls, no tin foil, no hair dryers"

Easy to locate key box. Code emailed several days before.

Directions to the cottage only included road name and postcode. Property isn’t visible from the road, it’s tucked away. Would be very easy to include exact location or use what3words.

We loved the cottage would defiantly come again

The only negative comment was that there seemed to a damp almost fusty smell about the cottage when we first got there. Would just recommend some air fresheners and maybe the heating hadn’t been on if been empty. Not a problem and didn’t spoil anything x

Comfortable throughout. Good beds, good sofas, particularly for dog owners, excellent showers/bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. wood burner too. ideal for a cozy winter break

Walk in shower could flood the bathroom. No other criticism
