Staff were kind and attentive. Loved the fact there was a fan in the room as there was a heatwave in the UK and we were very hot from walking around Highclere!. The ensuite was lovely, clean and functional however, the extractor fan is quite noisy and it was disappointing that the mirror light/heater didnt work.

There was mould on the shower ceiling The mirror light didn't work. The people in the room above were very heavy footed and did disturb our sleep as they didn't stop pacing around until midnight, which was unfortunate. Perhaps people who are int he rooms above could be requested to not make too much noise as there did not seem to be much sound insulation.
