Hardly any glasses/mugs Disinterested member of staff showed me round Bulbs missing/lights not working Cooker never worked Nowhere to put drinks when sat on sofa resulting in me spilling wine on the carpet

Great apartment right in the heart of Chester with everything close by and only a few mins walk to the train station. The owners were lovely who greeted us and gave us a tour of the apartment and contact details with any concerns will book again when visiting Chester.

Huge apartment! Very comfy and had everything we needed and more. Fabulous location right in the city. Was great to be able to collect the keys from the tea rooms and Warren was super helpful with info and recommendations. We had a great stay - thank you!

Location was excellent, right in city centre. Had all the basics we needed. It was clean and comfortable.

Bigger towels are needed when sharing a bathroom, The coffee and sugar jars should go, leave sachets instead.

Great location and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Good amount of space, over two floors.

The access to the apartment was very difficult. Should have been mentioned in the details available before booking.

Stairs could be tricky for some guests, 3 flights of stairs, we managed fine
