"Excellent"

Great location right in the heart of the city but the apartment was quiet nevertheless. Easy to collect keys from the café downstairs and staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was comfortable and clean with plenty of space.

It didn't affect us, but to access the property we had to climb an external metal staircase, which some people would find difficult.

"Very good location but needs a good clean"

Great size in great location.

Not that clean, bathroom needs updating as my little one got locked in the bathroom due to the sticking mechanism not actually locking the door. No key left for us and took a while for anyone to let us in. Fans not working.

Excellent location in the City Centre. Easy communication with the hosts. Excellent facilities, ideal for a week or longer. The washer drier although used by me only once helped cut down on luggage.

No negative comments whatsoever.

"Great place to stay for the local attractions at a very reasonable price."

Very clean and tidy, prime location right in the middle of the city centre. We travelled up from London and We stayed here a night as we had a trip to the zoo planned which was only a 15 min drive away. Bottles of water, tea,coffee,sugar AND milk was there for us too which was a lovely touch. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming too. Would definitely stay again if we visited again in the future. Thank you x

"Exceptional"

The contact from owners was really good, and the flat was lovely and clean.They had essentials in the room and some extras as well (crumpets, crisps, biscuits...) The location was fantastic, right in the town centre. Will definitely book again next time we come to Chester.

Location was brilliant. Snacks, milk, crumpets and bread were a thoughtful gift from the host.

Bathroom area a little dated and needs a touch of paint.

"Superb!"

Fantastic location in the middle of Chester and only a 5 minute walk from the nearest car park. Very clean and comfortable with the added bonus of tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen plus a bottle of water in the fridge. Would highly recommend!
