We liked it here. We had no problems. It is a great location. The Tea Room below has decent coffee and the staff are nice.

Apartment spotless , beds comfortable , appreciated the welcome pack . gentleman who came to open apartment very kind and helpful .

Only downside for us was the steps , but that was my fault not enquiring about such things

Rooms need a bit of a freshen up, tv didn't work and couldn't connect to wifi. Towels definitely need replacing as the two towels provided were very well used and didn't smell too good, we're girly girls so want nice things 😀 overall though we paid a good price for great location

The apartment was huge, and such good value, you are in the centre of Chester, absolutely loved our stay. Would be back in a heart beat, thank you. There is parking an Linenhall car park, £8.50 for 24 hours, it's about a 6 minute walk away.
