Le personnel est incroyablement aimable, gentil, attentionné. Un vrai plaisir qui fait la différence. Sinon l'emplacement de l'appartement est juste parfait : l'hypercentre historique de Chester est merveilleux. Équipements complets, chambres plutôt spacieuses pour un appart de centre ville, salle de bains très propre. Je recommande.

Il manquait des couverts (nous étions quatre avec des enfants), et certains meubles sont un peu fatigués comme le sofa du salon.

The apartment was right in the city centre and was so cosy and comfortable. We stayed in Flat 2, The Loft, a one bedroom duplex with living/dining/ kitchen downstairs and bedroom & shower/basin/toilet upstairs. Plenty of room and really well laid out to make the most of the space. The sofa and bed were really comfortable. There were very generous welcome supplies too which saved us going food shopping. It's run by a local charity which also runs the Rainbow Tea Room cafe below it. We ate in there too and it is a lovely spot with top quality food at a very reasonable price. We'd definitely return here.

the accommodation could have been much cleaner . bedrooms ok . there was no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom. we found evidence of drug use -we were not impressed.
