Nice location. They offer a lot of things to do and use for a great price. Paddleboats, kayaks, hot tub, pool, grills, etc… the decks are great to sit on and enjoy the lake and play some corn hole with the provided boards. The indoor pool was a hit with our grandkids.

The parking is a first come first serve. Normally that’s not a problem, but….. there is nobody around to enforce parking rules, therefore, visitors for Indiana beach as well as hotel patrons all try to park in one of the 6 provided parking spaces. If you get here first and secure your parking spot great, but if you want to grab a bite to eat in town, DONT! You won’t have your place when you get back and you’ll find yourself parking at the Indiana beach parking lot a couple of blocks away with no security. As far as the room and accommodations… this place is great except for the beds. We have stayed here twice and have booked three rooms total. Each time we had a different room. The beds in all of the rooms are so soft that you sink into the middle of them and because they are trying to fit a lot into a small area… the beds are shorter than normal which makes for a very bad sleep when combined. Bring an air mattress and sleep on the floor, you’ll thank me.

Location was great, clean and organized, price was great.

The place was clean and nice. Great location. The bed was comfortable and it was more quiet than any hotel we’ve stayed in.

The parking absolutely sucked. I had to worry whether or not my truck was going to get towed while I slept because there are only 5 or 6 places to park at the location which were taken up by all of the multiple occupants of 3 of the other apartments. Parking is the only complaint that I could possible have. Other than that, this was a great stay.

It was wonderful. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool and hot tub, especially because it rained. Room #3 fit 5 kids and 2 adults perfectly. Nice and clean. Also, Tracy was very kind to let me know my daughter left her phone behind! We are grateful to you! I really liked that it is walking distance from Indiana Beach Resort! I give this place a 10!

Location to Indianan Beach was fantastic. Our room was very cozy and faced the lake, we loved it. Easy to make reservation and check in and out of our room. It felt very private and safe.

Limited parking was an issue. We were worried about leaving to get grocery and to sightsee because we could lose our spot.
