Alexander's Landing

We made a reservation for six people, but upon arrival, we encountered several issues. Firstly, the sofa bed was unusable due to a broken leg, and the middle sagged, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Despite our attempts to contact the management through email, they claimed to have called us about these problems, but we never received any such call. When we asked for a discount, our request was denied. Furthermore, we reported a leaking shower head to the management, but they neither acknowledged nor sent anyone to fix it. In the two rooms we rented, one of the refrigerators failed to cool properly. Additionally, our rooms, numbered 1 and 2, were situated near the garbage cans, resulting in a constant unpleasant odor when entering or leaving the unit. The rooms themselves were quite small and lacked closets, so we had to plan accordingly for storage. Parking was also a hassle, with extremely limited spaces available. We ended up parking a five-minute walk away, which was manageable during the day but inconvenient in the dark. Lastly, the well water had an unpleasant odor and felt slimy when used for showers. We had to resort to using bottled water for brushing our teeth. Overall, this accommodation left us disappointed. It was overpriced for what it offered and lacked attention to detail. We wouldn't choose to stay here again.

limited parking and lack of onsite hotel personnel after hours. quite hours didn’t start until 1:30 am because other guest being loud.

I loved how close we were to the amusement park. It had a very nice dock to go out and look at the water. there is a nice pool and hot tub also.
