TUNAK Resort Lombok

The view is absolutely amazing. The location is quiet, and most staff are friendly. Overall it's a good place to relax, and I recommend to stay for two days but no more.

I don't recommend the deluxe room, as you'll get geckos peeing on the bed, and there is a smell in the room. The villa is much better, but the outdoor chairs and sofa have many stains, which doesn't meet my expectation for a well-maintained resort. The restaurant can be understaffed during busy hours, as there are three times that I have needed to wait for more than 10 mins to catch waiters' attention or walk to the front to get the menu by myself. Also, some waiters push to get drinks. The front desk, communicating through WhatsApp, seems to have no idea about free activities, such as farmer and school visits. When you asked, they just sent you the PDF that contains pricy private tours and then stopped answering your questions.

Extremely friendly and service-oriented staff. Outstanding location with iconic views. The restaurant was fantastic, too. Just perfect (also for kids btw, they loved the playground and the animals).

La situation de l’hôtel avec une vue imprenable sur l’océan. Les chambres sont très confortables et propres.

L’hôtel mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Les services proposés par l’hôtel sur leur plaquette commerciale n’ont pas été disponibles, il s’agit d’un gros point noir car l’hôtel est isolé et nous comptions sur certaines activités pour profiter de notre séjour.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Aufenthalt im Tunak Resort Lombok. Wir hatten die mit Küche ausgestattete Villa gebucht und somit entsprechende Ausstattung und sehr viel Platz. Der eigene Pool sowie der wunderbare Ausblick auf das Meer als auch der äußerst zuvorkommende Service der Mitarbeiter sind diese Reise in Mitten des Nationalparks auf Lombok lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Villas wurden täglich gereinigt, das Frühstück ala Carte war immer frisch und die Eier Benedikt mit Sauce Hollandaise sind ein Gedicht. Das Abendessen genossen wir immer in unserer Villa, da es uns dort an nichts fehlte. Ausflüge können direkt im Ressort gebucht werden, sowie diverse Massagen, aber auch private Fahrer, wenn man dann doch mal Lust hat etwas einzukaufen. Auch das Restaurant verfügt über eine wunderbare Aussicht und die ganze Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt und sehr privat. Wir konnten die Natur sehr genießen - das zwitschern der verschiedensten Vogelarten, die vielen Schmetterlinge und wir hatten sogar Besuch von einem kleinen Äffchen. Wir wollten weg vom Massentourismus und hin zur Ruhe und einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen - dafür kann ich dieses Ressort wirklich wärmstens empfehlen.

Es gibt hier wirklich gar nichts auszusetzen!

Een geweldig appartement met eigen zwembad op een prachtige locatie. Eten in het restaurant was verrukkelijk. Personeel erg vriendelijk en attent. Een plek om terug te komen. Het resort ligt wel afgelegen, dus advies is om een scooter of auto te huren, maar let wel op, de weg er naartoe is erg slecht.

Amazing cliffside location above the ocean with epic views in all directions. Tunak is luxurious without being pretentious. It feels like the ultimate romantic getaway. We loved our villa with the private infinity pool, soaking tub and outdoor rainshower. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant serves tasty food and drinks! The road in is really not bad at all, very easy on a scooter and is paved the whole way.
