TUNAK Resort Lombok

The most fantastic location ever. Very beautiful nature, gorgeous infinity pool and view to the ocean. Food was actually really good too, I had the blue cheese burger and chocolate lava cake. Had an amazing time with my wife. 1 night was definitely not enough. Will be coming back here again 100%.

Tunak Resort Lombok is truly a special place. The rooms are huge, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a real sense of space and privacy that immediately helps you unwind. The resort feels wonderfully remote and peaceful, surrounded by nature and stunning coastal views, yet it’s surprisingly not far from Mandalika or Kuta, making it easy to combine relaxation with exploring the area. There is so much to do both in and outside the resort — from in-resort activities and wellness experiences to a great selection of excursions, including ocean and nature-based adventures. It was absolutely worth booking the resort’s excursion package: the vehicles were noticeably better and more comfortable, and the service and organization were on a completely different level compared to external tour and travel providers I’ve used before. Everything felt seamless, safe, and premium. What really makes this place stand out is the staff and hospitality. Every single person was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring — you feel welcomed like a guest, not just a booking. The food was excellent, fresh, well-prepared, and consistently delicious, making every meal something to look forward to. Overall, Tunak Resort strikes a rare balance between feeling like a secluded escape while still being accessible, comfortable, and full of experiences. A truly memorable stay.

Honestly, the only thing I didn’t like was having to leave.

Very private, peaceful and quiet. I stayed in villa with shared pool. Might be a bit cosy if other villa had guests you didn't know but I had no neighbours so had the run of place and big infinity pool to myself. On nice day this place is exceptional. Had 2 terrible days of weather but certainly worst places to be on days like this. Huge lounge area and great fridge with ice maker.

Thought the pool should have lighting.

Piękne miejsce – idealne na prawdziwy wypoczynek. Resort Tunak zachwyca od pierwszej chwili: jest kameralny, intymny i otoczony zapierającymi dech w piersiach widokami. Obsługa była niezwykle miła, pomocna i profesjonalna, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Widok na ocean z naszego pokoju oraz willi był absolutnie jedyny w swoim rodzaju – oszałamiający i niezapomniany. To ten typ widoku, który zostaje w sercu na całe życie. Cały wyjazd i pobyt w Tunak to najwyższy poziom pod każdym względem. Zdecydowanie polecamy i na pewno tu wrócimy.

TUNAK was the first stop for my husband and me after arriving in Lombok, and it really left a deep impression on us. The resort has a unique view and location, and we thought the breakfast and lunch were really delicious. It’s worth mentioning that I’d like to give special praise to the staff at Tunak. They really do their best to take care of everyone’s different needs. I also love their care for animals. The sea turtle conservation program here is amazing, with both hatching and releasing activities. A big thanks to one of the staff members, Andy. After taking us to the private beach to watch the sunset, he even brought us two baby turtles to release into the sea. It was such a wonderful experience and we’re really grateful to Mr. Andy.

My only suggestion is to improve the quality of the bedding.

Amazing doesn't cut it! The view of the ocean from our villa was absolutely breathtaking! The whole villa was so beautiful and well appointed. You walk in through the doors overlooking the stunning ocean backdrop from your clifftop villa. You walk into the outdoor lounge room and your eyes are just drawn to the ocean. The plunge pool was a wonderful, refreshing experience after we returned back from the resort's private beach. The free hour of quad bike use was a really fun way to get to the beach I might add. The location is very private, and you cannot see over to the next villa. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is so spacious and luxe. There's an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, and the bathroom had the cutest amenities including a wooden handled razor which my husband loved! Staff were always so friendly and helpful. The restaurant had yummy food and the backdrop of cliffs, oceans and boats floating about made eating our dinner so much more special. Oh, and by the way they have a turtle hatchery onsite. You get to release a baby turtle into the ocean too! They're so cute and this was the icing on the cake. When we got to our villa the staff had prepared a beautiful spread of flowers and towel art to wish us a happy anniversary. It was so sweet! This place was perfect for a romantic getaway for our anniversary. The pictures don't do it justice. You have to stay here!
