TUNAK Resort Lombok

De vriendelijkheid en oprechte belangstelling van de medewerkers. En de zorg voor de schilpadeieren, zodat het voortbestaan van de zeeschildpad wordt veilig gesteld. De zorg voor de gemeenschap van de kampong waar dit resort onderdeel van is.

De weg erheen was kapot, daar zou wat sneller naar gekeken kunnen worden

This is our second visit to Tunak. We love the villa, pool, seaview, sunset view and the attentive staff. It is a very well managed resort. Their special dinner package was well worth the splurge for our anniversary!

The staffing was very accommodating, the views were amazing and the room was beautiful

The entire team from Reception, to Restaurant to Housekeeping Spa and Landscaping are superb, helpful and accommodating! The view from any angle of this resort is fantastic. Shoutout to Ajit, Puti and Imam!

The seafood platter from the dinner could be improved in terms of presentation and quality.

The resort is perfectly designed to blend with nature, creating a calm and relaxing environment. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a stunning view The breakfast at Tunak Resort was excellent and thoughtfully prepared. The food was fresh, delicious, and well presented, with a good variety to choose from. Enjoying breakfast in such a peaceful setting. I also joined the snorkeling trip to Pink Beach organized by the resort, and it was truly a highlight of my stay. The entire experience was very well arranged, from transportation to the snorkeling equipment. The team was professional, helpful, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe throughout the trip. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and sincere, and their kind gestures l.

Tunak is a wonderful and peaceful place. Perfect to detach and relax. We absolutely loved the remote location. No noise, pure nature and only a few other tourists. We had a big villa which was luxurious with our own pool. The view in the jungle and on the ocean was amazing. We also enjoyed hanging out by the restaurant and large pool. The staff was beyond friendly and always professional. If we needed anything we used WhatsApp to reach the reception and were helped immediately. The organization of pick up or taxi was super easy. We had the nicest hotel cap driver that took us there (we asked him to stop at a supermarket and it was no problem). Also the drive to the airport when leaving was super fun with our driver Dan. The people in the restaurant were always smiling at us - generally people were extremely kind and friendly. The food portions were definitely enough - we couldn’t understand that other people criticized that. Especially the breakfast palette was huge! We had fruit bowls, smoothies, banana pancakes and eggs every day. We also used the spa and booked two massages that were super nice. The gym also deserves a mention as it was pretty cool because some of it was made of wood. There was an indoors running Maschine with AC. The weights were outside. Very nice to work out there. We stayed for 8 days and came back super relaxed. Thanks Tunak team for everything!

our stay at TUNAK truly amazing, cliff front and surrounded by protected forest we have a nice sunset inside the spacious bathroom good food, great villas, lovely staff, good experiences, unfortunately we stay 1 night and already booked another hotel in the Kuta area definitely coming back again and highly recommended
