Beautiful location. Nice to have access to hot tubs and sauna.

Could be noisy at night. Road noise and other guests up till midnight and loud.

No drinking water.

No water for the coffee pot. You should have told us to bring water. Very noisy. No mirror in the shower. So I couldn't shave.

This is a collection of tents built over wooden floors. The tents are large, airy, and comfortable. The rooms have a large ice chest for cold food and guests must furnish their own ice. Our stay was fine, just a bit more camping than anticipated. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. We would gladly stay there again but would make better preparations.

Finding the place was an adventure. There is a large sign on the main highway advertising Howling Wolf Coffee shop but not the resort! We had to go to the coffee shop to finally find a small sign pointing us to the resort. There is no office to find staff or get help. The biggest issue here is that the rooms, and the whole resort, has little running water. The only water is in the four showers that are side-by-side with the only four toilets. The rooms have no sinks or running water. We weren't told that before we got there. Fortunately we had some bottled water and ice from a previous stay elsewhere so at least we had tea and coffee the first morning. We went to a local grocery store and got more ice and water to last through our stay. Guests need to be told this ahead of time.
